Please review these terms before confirming your acknowledgements.

1. Parties and purpose. This agreement is between MARCOR and the applicant for the purpose of a limited founding creator collaboration.

2. Application and manual approval by founder Dijae Dadula. Admission is discretionary and requires manual review and approval.

3. Public plan $79/month and approved offer. The public plan is $79/month with 7-day access shown at signup; approved creators may receive the founder collaboration offer instead.

4. Month 2 eligibility. Month 2 complimentary access is conditioned on completion of the first-month content and feedback requirements and MARCOR approval.

5. Lifetime $49 rate lock while continuously active and in good standing. The founding rate may remain locked at $49/month only while the creator stays continuously subscribed and in good standing.

6. Scope exclusions for add-ons, usage, taxes, premium services, and future products. The founding rate excludes add-ons, overages, taxes, third-party costs, premium services, and any products not expressly included.

7. Creator obligations. The creator agrees to use MARCOR honestly, provide the requested public content, and share useful feedback in a timely manner.

8. No required positive review. MARCOR does not require a positive review, only truthful and fair reporting based on real use.

9. No cash compensation, affiliate commission, referral commission, or revenue share. The creator receives no commission, revenue share, or cash payment under this collaboration.

10. MARCOR intellectual property and brand use. MARCOR retains all rights in its trademarks, logos, products, and materials; limited brand use must be approved and accurate.

11. Creator content ownership and optional repost permission. The creator owns original content and may grant MARCOR optional permission to repost or reference it with attribution.

12. Confidentiality and responsible use. Non-public information, access details, and private communications must be handled responsibly and not disclosed without permission.

13. Weekly founder consultation after complimentary months for active paid partners, subject to scheduling, availability, and fair use; not unlimited DFY or emergency support. Consultation access is not unlimited implementation, not done-for-you service, and not emergency support.

14. No employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, reseller appointment, or authority to bind MARCOR. The creator acts independently and has no authority to legally bind MARCOR.

15. No guarantees. MARCOR makes no guarantee of approval, audience results, revenue, platform performance, or publication outcomes.

16. Suspension and termination. MARCOR may suspend or end access for breach, misuse, fraud, harm, or other material concerns.

17. Platform changes. MARCOR may update features, pricing, policies, or availability as the platform evolves.

18. Privacy and records. MARCOR may retain application records, signatures, timestamps, and related communications for operational and legal purposes.

19. Electronic signature and records. The applicant consents to electronic execution, recordkeeping, and document delivery.

20. Good-faith resolution. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of questions or concerns before escalation.

21. Entire agreement and changes. This document, together with any written approval, is the full understanding regarding the founding creator collaboration.

22. Severability and waiver. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective, and any waiver must be specific and in writing.

23. Contact and notices. Notices may be sent through MARCOR support or the platform at https://studio.marcor.app.

No. This is a manual founder collaboration with no commission, referral fee, affiliate payout, or revenue share.

That is the public plan display. Approved founding creators may receive adjusted terms after manual review.

How do I unlock Month 2?

Month 2 is conditional on completing the agreed first-month content and feedback requirements and receiving approval.

Must the review be positive?

No. MARCOR only expects a truthful, fair, firsthand account.

What does the lifetime price lock mean?

If you remain continuously subscribed and in good standing, the founding partner rate is intended to stay locked at $49/month.

What happens if I cancel or fail payment?

The rate lock and founder partner status may be lost if continuity is broken or payment fails.

Are add-ons included forever?

No. Add-ons, usage overages, taxes, premium services, and future products are excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.

When do weekly one-on-one sessions start?

They may become available after the complimentary months for active paid partners, subject to scheduling and availability.

Is weekly support done-for-you implementation?

No. It is consultation and guidance only, not unlimited done-for-you implementation or emergency support.

Can MARCOR reuse my content?

Only if you give optional permission. Otherwise, you keep ownership of your original content.

Will I receive a signed PDF copy?

Yes. A signed A4 PDF is generated after successful submission and can be downloaded again from the success panel.

Who gives final approval?

Final approval is made manually by founder Dijae Dadula.
